If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We offer a 6 month warranty on all refurbished items. A defective or damaged item returned under this warranty will be replaced.
In all circumstances warranty is voided by intentional damage or personal attempt to repair or modify the product. Removal of any serial numbers, stickers or official product seals will void the product’s warranty. Warranties do not cover accidental damage.
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging if a new product.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 14 days.
A 20% restocking fee applies on all stock returned within 7 days of purchase. No stock will be accepted for a credit after 7 days. This does not apply to warranty returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
